1. Create or recover a key
The private key stays in this browser. Before storing it, download the encrypted recovery file and keep it separately. A passphrase is required; if both the browser key and recovery are lost, the owner key cannot be recovered.

2. Sign an RC1 Season 1 challenge
Use only a fresh challenge produced by the separate RC1 owner CLI. Check the proposal, origin, backend identity, token evidence, and expiry through an independent owner process. This tool never activates a season.
